Our multi-award winning apprenticeship scheme provides apprentices with the opportunity to become professional engineers on a permanent basis from day one with a route into the industry through a fully supported training and development programme all the way to Chartership.
In 2021, we were the first business globally to be awarded the Investors in People ‘We Invest in Apprentices’ Platinum accreditation.
We are members of the Technical Apprenticeship Consortium (TAC) to ensure focussed apprenticeships are available nationwide and chair the London Apprenticeship Ambassador Network mentoring other like-minded businesses.
